An update was released but I don't see it yet?
Once the game is approved and released, it can take Apple, Google, and Amazon up to 72 hours to make the update available on your device. Our team doesn't have any control over this and you will have to wait for it to become available before you can download it.

Do I need to uninstall my game to make it update?
No. The update will be available as soon as your device store makes it available. Uninstalling the app doesn't make the process any faster AND you will lose any Saved Paintings and Unregistered accounts if you do so.

Why don't updates come out at the same time?
When an Update to a game is released, the mobile store that you downloaded from has to make it available for their devices. This can take up to 72 hours for some devices and stores.

Why can't I see my buddies, trade with them, or talk to them?
If you and your buddies are on different versions of the game, you won't be able to play or interact with each other until after you both are on the newest version.

Where is all of the new stuff from the update?
Our updates include a bunch of new features and items in the game, but not all of them are available right away. Keep checking in and you will see the new items as they become available.

Why can't I get into my den or a buddies den?
If you try to enter a den with someone who is on a different version of the game, you won't be able to enter it. This applies to your own den as well! One way to fix this is to make sure you and your buddies all update your games so you are all on the latest version of the game.
