How do I enable my account?

- Per the Child’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), your parents/guardians will need to provide consent for your account.

- If consent isn’t provided, the account will be deleted and we will be unable to restore it.

- Your parents can give your account consent by clicking the Consent Email sent to them when your account is created or by logging into their Parent Account and enabling it there.

- If your parent hasn’t consented to the creation of their Parent Account, they will need to find the automated email and click the URL provided.

- IMPORTANT :: Please note that if the option next to Mobile account says "Disable" this means that the account is currently enabled and clicking disable will disable the account. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused you.
